GATE Scholarship for M.Tech / PhD

Candidates who qualify GATE and join M.Tech / PhD programs in AICTE / MHRD-approved institutions are eligible for a monthly scholarship from the Government of India.

Scholarship Details

• Amount: ₹12,400 per month

• Duration:

  1. M.Tech – Up to 24 months

  2. PhD – As per institute norms

• Paid By: Government of India

• Purpose: To support full-time postgraduate study

Eligibility Conditions

• Must have valid GATE score

• Must join full-time M.Tech / PhD program

• Institution must be AICTE / Government approved

• Scholarship is not applicable for self-financed / part-time courses

• This scholarship makes M.Tech a paid education, not a burden.
